It seems like my brain or at least my subconscious is working overtime to make my cravings clear and present.
Whenever I make a decision to go on a diet or change my routine or whatever my subconscious jumps in and puts up walls up.
The past few nights I have found myself in the kitchen making toast or a peanut butter sandwich sometime after 9pm. I also find I'm craving my favourite cookies 'n cream chocolate bars.
I do hope this is a temporary thing because I just made my decision but gees I need to retrain by brain to crave water more
On the plus side we're going away for the entire month of July so I'll get a hell of a lot of walking done and lots to see that will help keep my mind off food then I'm only back a week before my surgery date.
We've also just opened our pool so we can get out after dinner for an hour swim which will help tire both Cassie and myself out for a good sleep.
